Photography

I had the good fortune to marry a man who not only is an incredible husband and father, but also is a great photographer who is quite generous with his wisdom and toys.  If you peek into my not-sexy-but-hugely-practical gear bag, you'll find the following

Canon 50D body, sometimes gripped
Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L lens
Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens
Canon 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 lens
Canon 70-200mm f/2.8L lens
Canon 550EX speedlight flash (used for architectural shoots)
$2 plastic level to make sure my camera is straight on the tripod (which is some kind of Gitzmo)
diaper wipes
random blue bandaid
Kiehls coconut flavored lip balm

I shoot primarily in large file JPEG unless it's an architectural interior shoot then I shoot in RAW.  I swear at Photoshop Elements a lot because I find post processing a necessary evil to learn if I'm ever going to get paid to shoot.  Otherwise, I really do love to take pictures :)
